The fabric material used for regular first aid kits
400D, 600D nylon/polyester (Oxford cloth) for regular first aid kits
The coating includes PVC (plain weave, mesh), PU, and Yuli adhesive
Military bags often use 1000D/900D/1200D polyester or canvas
Plastic: PP material is softer, ABS material is harder and more brittle; PS material
Fabric Material:
1. Nylon: commonly known as polyamide fiber (nylon), it is the earliest polymer molecular synthetic fiber in the world. Weaving nylon into fabric, also known as nylon cloth. Nylon cloth bags have characteristics such as lightweight, waterproof, and wear-resistant.
2. Oxford cloth: It is a versatile and widely used fabric. Oxford cloth is a new type of fabric that is made using specific techniques. Bags made from Oxford cloth have good softness, waterproof and wear-resistant properties, breathability and comfort.
3. Canvas: This type of fabric is a relatively thick cotton or linen fabric, generally divided into two categories: coarse canvas and fine canvas. Bags made of canvas generally have soft hand feel, strength, breathability, wear resistance, wrinkle resistance, and warmth retention.
The difference between nylon, canvas, and Oxford cloth bags is twofold: firstly, the texture of the fabric, and secondly, the performance of the fabric.
D is the abbreviation for Denier, a unit of measurement for fiber thickness. The larger the number before D, the thicker the fiber.
There are the following differences:
1. Different prices
600D Oxford cloth is slightly more expensive than 420D and 210D; The larger the number before D, the more expensive the price.
2. Different levels of solidity
Because D represents the thickness of the fibers, the larger the number before D, the stronger the fabric.
3. Different raw materials
600D Oxford fabric: Both warp and weft threads of this fabric are made of polyester DTY300D yarn.
420D Oxford fabric: The warp of this fabric is made of nylon air spun yarn, and the weft is made of 160D nylon air spun yarn as raw material.
210D Oxford fabric: The warp and weft threads of this fabric are made of polyester FDY150D/36F.
4. Different advantages
600D Oxford cloth: It has a certain waterproof function, a soft touch, and is very durable. It can be said that using this material is both breathable and to some extent convenient for maintenance.
420D Oxford cloth: It has the advantages of soft touch, strong drape, novel style, waterproof and fireproof performance, etc. The fabric is based in the market with the advantages of non fading and non deformation.
210D Oxford cloth: It has the advantages of light and thin texture, soft touch, good waterproof and fireproof properties, and good durability.
Coating:
PVC and PU are coating adhesives. The difference between PU and PVC is relatively easy. From the corners, the bottom fabric of PU is much thicker than PVC, and there is also a difference in hand feel. PU has a softer hand feel; PVC has a harder hand feel; It can also be burned with fire, and the taste of PU is much lighter than that of PVC.
